2 Vintage Costume Dolls / Soldier Cavalier / Musketeers
Standing 29 cms (11.5 inches) high these hand crafted costume dolls are very evocative of the 17th century These are basic plastic dolls which have been dressed in authentic looking costumes. The clothes are not easily removeable as they are glued at strategic points on the figures. Materials include velvet and lace edged doublet and pantaloons with faux suede boots, hat and sash also cardboard buckles. The swords are made of metal with one sword hilt crafted from an old copper penny dated 1963. Some signs of age with fading and discolouration to the lace.
